Real estate investing expert to host real estate mixer in Atlanta

Real estate investing expert and agent Morris Smith, founder of Beyond The Clippers is set to host a real estate mixer on Thursday, September 2, 6p.m. – 9p.m., at The Beverly, 790 Glenwood Ave. SE Ste 260, Atlanta, GA 30316.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate investing, Smith specializes in helping entrepreneurs and professionals learn about real estate investing and execute strategies that will enable them to move closer to gaining true wealth. 

A professional barber and serial entrepreneur, Smith created Beyond The Clippers, a program that offers 1-on-1 coaching in real estate and financial literacy, property location services and project management for property rehabilitation. The program aims to educate and aid entrepreneurs in expanding into the real estate space.

“After graduating from college, I came into success early as a professional barber and barbershop owner. However, I didn’t understand true wealth until I started taking real estate classes at the school next to my shop,” Smith said.

“Getting my real estate license opened my eyes to all of the opportunities that I didn’t know existed. I’ve been deep into real estate since then, while still maintaining several businesses. I’m still a barbershop owner, but I built the majority of my wealth from real estate. I want to show other business owners and professionals that they don’t have to quit their jobs or abandon their businesses to begin to invest in real estate, allowing them to reap the rewards of real estate investing while maintaining their respective careers.”

While Smith is based in Atlanta, he’s been able to not only invest in real estate in Georgia but also in other states. He designed Beyond The Clippers to draw on his experience not only as an investor but also a realtor, allowing those who utilize his services to get hands-on experience with an expert.
